The first item I received was damaged / broken headboard. The return process once I spoke to a supervisor was east they sent a replacement quickly arranged the broken piece to be picked up just a few days later. The hardest thing about this product was trying to get it all back in the box for pick up. Super sturdy looks great too! Fair for the price.
