bought this product back in june 2020 and it will be retiring today march 24, 2022. It lasted long enough so i am a happy customer. Screws/bolts were getting loose and coming off one by one and now the seat is not even and slightly tilted hence the retiring process. Also, it is weird, but my butt imprint is on the cloth of the seat. it has layers of see through cloth and the inside layer you can see the imprint. Not sure if the durability got affected due to being on a carpeted surface rather than having a plastic mat on top and the constant rough rolling forward, backward probably affected it somehow. anyways 5 star rating still. i will move on to a gaming seat now.
