Customer support from this company was exceptional. I was just looking for something to fill living room space. Price is great and didnt notice the brand () until it arrived. Lots of cushions to insert in this Love seat , so its much more comfortable than the inexpensive couch that i just bought as well. The problem was assembly. Very difficult to get the bolts to align. One arm could not be fully inserted into its metal sleeve because the holes for the next step would not align. Also, had to pierce the lining underneath to put washers and nuts on. Didnt give me great confidence that i was doing things correctly, even though i followed the instructions to a tee. Took me 2 hours to assemble. In hindsight, if everything was designed well, should have taken no more than 1/2 hour.
