We ran into a problem attaching one side of the back to the arm because the holes didnt line up right, so that slowed us down for quite a while. Otherwise its pretty easy to put together. I ordered two loveseats and they came separately. Though the color was the same their construction was different. One having the back and body in two sections that had to be put together with legs in the middle and for the other one the back and bottom were one piece, no additional legs. I was able to use them just fine, but it was a bit of a surprise.
