I was a little skeptical buying this couch because of some of the reviews saying there were tears. I received mine with 0 tears and 0 difficulty building. The only thing is it came in dirty but that was probably the shippings fault. Building the couch was relatively easy, the instructions were not as clear as they could have been. Overall, I love the couch and how spacious it is when the pullout cushion is out. Functional.
