Product arrived with damaged parts but the box it came in was not damaged. Customer service was great. One call and the damaged parts were in route but still took several weeks to get them. Once they arrived I put it together. Instructions need more clarity in certain areas (drawer slides for an example) the material is pretty cheap and the large locking fasteners are visible everywhere. Paid almost 300 for this and it looks like it’s not worth more than 100. It will do the job and it is sturdy with lots of space and storage. I just wish more care went into its appearance.
