Screws not long enough? Excellent Customer Service
Love the look of the desk and it seems pretty sturdy, however the screws that I was sent are too short to attach any of the desk or shelf tops to the beams.
After contacting Customer support I was helped but Yoko, who worked very hard to help me as quickly as possible. They were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the warehouse they use was out of the correct screws so they gave me a partial refund and a link to order the correct screws.
Accidents happen, and the way the company handled it was professional and lovely. I would highly recommend this desk and the company.
