I was quite hesitant to purchase a couch online without first sitting on it to see how comfortable (or uncomfortable) it was, but I decided to take the chance and purchase two of these couches for my living room.excellent customer service from the delivery company, and the couches are better than I expected. Seriously the best couches Ive ever owned! They are stylish AND comfy! I highly recommend these! I was so excited to use it
