We bought this table for our new apartment with limited dinning room space.
It came in one big long box.
The instructions were very easy and there was only two packs of screws for the benches and table top.
The frame is metal and you lock it into place with the mallet provided.
The mallet that is provided isnt well put into place, it does come off easily.
I suggest to use your own mallet or a hammer with a towel covering the places you are going to strike.
Its very easily put together. You do NOT need to checkout with expert assembly.
The table will look small (height) but once you sit down on it, its perfect height!
