Generally pretty darn great for the price point. Basic, but not cruddy chair. Serves its purpose well. Wish I could do a four and half star. The first two (brown and black) were aming. Have lasted and no cracking in the pleather. However, my third one, the white, is always going back down to the lowest level. The hydraulic thing just wont stay! Constantly have to readjust to my preferred height and its a guessing game. When you have back issues that half an inch or so can make all the difference to your posture and comfortability.
