The customer service is fantastic. They saw my review and they sent a new base and new cushion to try to resolve the complaint I had. They were kind and professional and really wonderful. The chair is still wobbly ( see video) but it is what it is at this point. I am so happy with the cust serv that I added a full 2 stars bc of them alone. The chair itself is overpriced for what you get but overall it isnt a bad chair.
I really like how wide it is. Honestly I purchased it solely bc of its width. The color is pretty. But manI hate the sharpness of the feet . If you even barely gre it it will lay you opensee picture. It also tilts to the left and it is hard on the seat.like hard.I can feel the bar through the bottom ( well not the actual bar its the metal plate that supports the bar.) I have had it two months so I cant return it.Struggle.
