I needed an affordable desk chair, but also one that would survive my last two years of college and not make my scoliosis worse. I also happen to be a computer science student, so Im required to spend most of my day at my desk. This chair isnt anything extraordinary, but you definitely get your moneys worth! The material is rather soft, which I love. The cushions are comfortable / not too stiff and not too soft. It is extremely easy to put together! And, its spacious enough for me to sit in all my weird I/dont/know/how/to/sit/in/a/chair positions.
However, it does squeak sometimes if you lean forwards or backwards, and Ive had a falling over scare once or twice when moving around on its wheels (but maybe thats because I have it on carpet so thats on me).
