The photo shows actual tufting, but the chairs (2) we received have stitch-down or faux tufting. Not the same thing. Fabric wont hold up to cats or vigorous wear. Covering these with slip covers so they will stay nice for when we have guests. Size is good for regular-sized humans. Comfortable without a lumbar cushion. Really like the swivel. Very well packaged for shipping - arrived in great shape.
