We were excited about receiving this product in our new home. The delivery was HORRIBLE since such a large package was left at a neighbors garage damaged. It required a neighbors pickup truck usage and their kindness to even get it to us. Despite the damages, we elected to make our own repairs and keep the product. If you are looking for a very soft chair, this is not it. Its okay, but not a soft cushion chair. Love the color and sturdiness of the chair. Ill try a different seller in the future.
