The couch is beautiful and exactly what I needed with the added storage. When they shipped on it stated delivered and Befflin didnt mind me calling to find out about a missing piece. They also did not have a problem with me not being able to load photos and gave me an email to send one of a scratched cushion. Within 2 days I had the replacement. Again in love with the way it makes my living room look. Better price available for same designs
