The reclining arm rests and back rests make it easy to convert to an extra bed, if needed. Its easy to assemble. Customer service was quick to respond to an issue I was having with assembly. My issue resolved immediately. They definitely went above and beyond helping me. Once assembled, you have so many options for seating. Great for company and overnight guests! Its a fantastic price.
