I bought two of these items and had a master plumber contractor install them in my brand new built house. Both shower cartridges caused a vibration in the plumbing and were defective. I have looked up on the website contact information and sent it to the company who doesn’t wanna publish a phone number or place anything on their website for warranty contact information Other than a contact form that they say they will get back with you. So far I have submitted information to them and have not received a response yet. I’ll keep you informed.
