These bar stools are good looking (true to the photos) and very easy to assemble. We did have some issues with the overall sturdiness/stability of the stools, which is why we decided to return them. The seller was very reasonable and will to process our return with a full refund. For the customer service alone, I am giving 5 stars. its very comfortable
