I was worried when I compared this chair against my husbands Big Ly Boy. To my surprise he said the chair is very comfortable! Not as big as the Ly Boy but very comfortable. For the 1st time in a long time he is able to get out of a recliner without struggling. I have had to help him get out of the Ly Boy. Twice both of us almost fell to the floor. Now he just smiles and pushes the button to get up! He is so happy! The chair is very silent well made. GOOD selection out of all the chairs I looked at! Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
