Both packages were intact, no damages, and was very easy to install. Took my husband an I less than an hr to install. We used a power drill at the lowest torque which made it even more convenient. Im using two to hold my 65 in tv and so far its holding up well. We had to drill holes in the back because it didnt have any for the wires. Other than that, great purchase and its exactly what i was looking for for a fraction of the price! Good!!
