I bought this sofa last year. Even though I live in a second floor apartment, the package was not delivered to my door but was left on the first floor. Since I live alone, I had to open the package there and bring up the pieces individually to assemble in my apartment. This mind you seemed to happen too often with and I have stopped purchasing furniture from them ever since.
After assembly it became clear that the sofa itself was not very well made, e.g., the stitching on the back cushions does not match. It is not very comfortable and the fabric is sub par. Still, I could not imagine returning such a large package and decided to live with it. I use throw cushions for back support and try not to sit on it for too long. Overall, I am stuck with it and wish that I had paid a little more money to buy a sofa from a local furniture store instead. Live and learn! Dont recommend this product.
