I had been researching platform beds for awhile before and purchased this.I decided was the best.I bought 2 beds1 with headboard and 1 without for my son.He assembled them with tool provided in box.Very easy not complicated.I put our old box springs in dumpstergood riddance.Bed are so comfortable and quiet and mattress has more bounce.
Buy a platform bed and throw away those heavy old hard box springs It is ok.
