No complaints from this buyer I even improvised by taking some of the packing foam used to help protect the product parts from damage during shipping and placed pieces on the 4 corner posts that the bed mainly sits on because I have hard wood floors and do not desire to leave any scratches from adjusting bed to clean and sweep my floors Thanks.
