So far I can say it takes a few hours to assemble, and it doesnt squeak or wake the other person up when you get in or our of it. It seems to have a little bit of give when you move your whole body in it (as an adult) but it doesnt make any noise when this happens. The cross beams that hold the mattresses up also seem pretty strong and able to hold a lot of weight. So far a great purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
