First off I want to praise this companies aming customer service. The replies are super fast and they do follow ups. No other company including the big names that I purchased from offered such quick responses and solutions.
Now to the frame. For the people giving it some negative hits, look at the price, you just cant beat that or expect more for its price. This frame has aming value. Was easy to set up, instructions were very clear and all parts are labeled.
Now to expand on their excellent customer support. I had an issue with the bottom support bars and when I contacted the seller, I got a response within 30 mins and my email replies were usually 15 mins apart. They didnt have the spare parts I was looking for and automatically without me asking, offered to send me a whole new replacement. The bed came a day earlier than scheduled, but on the scheduled day they sent me an email in the morning to follow up and to see if I recieved it and if I had any issues.
Dont know about you guys, but this to me is quality customer service. Definitely looking up this company first for all my other furniture. Exactly what I was looking for
