There were a couple corners damaged inside from shipping and one of two we purchased was missing two parts we discovered at the end of building the first one. Called the number on the box on a Saturday morning and they are sending out replacement parts ASAP.
The internal damage was from the shipper dropping it, and they are HEAVY. The first one took two hours to assemble and the second 40 minutes. Lol. Overall good.
