Its enough big for an adult and Im pretty tall 55, and enough large for someone who sleeps in front of his laptop on bed watching movies, it is very sturdy, doesnt move at all when you tighten the screws, very easy to assemble, came with screws screwdrivers and slats, not buying slats is money saving, and the final result is just stunning.
