The base of the chair isnt attached which it did say in the description and I was ok with that. The problem I had is the chair screw holes didnt line up exactly with the base holes and I could only get in 3 of the hexagon screws that were included in. Then when trying to take them out the hexagon part of the screw head stripped on 2 out of 3. Went to Lowes got hex head screw bolts and then was able to manipulate them in and screw them down tight. Only cost me 2 at Lowes plus my travel time but still a pain.
I do like that the entire chair cover and cushion cover is removal and can be machine washed. not happy at all
