Easy set up, Easy to Move around the house, many speed levels
So far I love the product !!! its only 49x27 and it fits perfectly in a closet or under a bed. You need a bit of clearance like a pop can tall and it can fit under your bed easily. Another great feature is that it has wheels on it which makes it easy to move around the house.

Cons
/The handle is awkwardly placed, its a bit too far forward and that is the only setting. I wish the handle can be adjusted so its more upright where its comfortable to walk. With the set up right now you kind of have to lean forward to reach the handle. NOT ideal for elderly folk who definitely need something to hold onto.
/I believe the calorie count and time display are not that accurate.
/The belt is not the strongest
Overall impression. I REALLY love it because for the price and size its perfect. Its good for a walk and nice jog just dont expect to do SPRINTS on it like stronger treadmills at the gym but other than that works perfectly great.
