There was no actual assembly needed for this, except for the phone holder. It was easy to get out of the packaging as well. We were hopped on the treadmill in half an hour exactly from receiving it! It feels a little choppy at first but it gets better the more we use it.
So far its been used for walking and light jogging. Im feeling a little scared to run too hard on it without holding to the rails lol.
Everything is as I expected, and I think the value is good for what it can do!
