I love this treadmill. I use it to walk and get my steps in. I stroll on in when Im watching a show, the boys are playing video games, or when Im just scrolling on my phone. I havent tried running on it, so no review on how it holds up for that, but for a little treadmill that I just want to get steps on it is perfect.
