Highly recommend/ great treadmill for walking and light jogs
The is a great value for the price. Given that many of us work from home now, I needed to be able to get some exercise because Im not longer walking to meetings. This is still quite heavy, but I can move it on my own. I slide it under my desk and walk when I can just attend/listen/into a meeting or webinar and get some exercise at the same time. ALSO, I live in the Pacific Northwest, so it is dark and wet in the winter, so this means I can get a quick walk/light jog in during the week after work.
