The bed came in very fast! I ordered Monday and UPS had it delivered by Thursday. The packaging was in tact and all the pieces were there. The bed looks very nice and more expensive than what it was. You do need a power drill to screw the slats in place. It comes with a wrench for the bolts. The instructions could have been a little easier since there were no measurements on bolts (only drawings) but it wasnt too hard to figure out once we counted all the hardware. There is a slight chemical smell from the fire retardant spray on the headboard, which Im hoping will go away after awhile. Also, 4 of the support legs were about 3/4/1 too short. We just unscrewed the little circular tabs on the bottom a bit to make it touch the floor. Have slept on it a couple nights and no problems so far. Love the bed!
