We love this bed. Our kids feel so much joy having it.
We would have given it more starts but while assembling we were missing the horizontal hole bolts 1/4. We wrote the company to send these to us so we could finish assembling but never heard back. We ended up finding a few that we need to replace from another furniture item. Normally, we would have ran to Home Depot but our carpenter who assembled it didnt have time to drive out there.
Also, the slide is really steep. We cant seem to figure out how to make it come out more so its not as straight down. One of my best buys.
