First Ill say its solid wood and customer service was good but they orginaly sent me one wrong box out of 3 they replaced it and I had the correct box a week later . Assembly details are vague and the manufacturer forgot to drill so holes so I had to drill some holes and some holes were off so I had to slot other holes. Hardware is very cheap for how hard some of the wood is. Product is Ok for the price.
