Good instructions. Very sturdy. Will accommodate adult guests as well as grandkids. Color was great and got beautiful gold dust ruffles. Bed high enough to allow great plastic storage bins underneath and hidden by dust ruffle. Very tasteful design and more mattress supports than others I looked at. A great bargain.
