I ordered two of them , they arrived fine , I asked a family friend to put together for me , it took him a few hours , they looked very nice , then he realized a couple of plastic pieces are missing , he said that no big deal , may be we can buy them at Home Depot . I like them so much I ordered the third one . When it arrived , I asked the same friend to put together for me , this time , he said that half of the hard wares are missing , he cal and talked to the customer service at , she promised to send them out right away , it was two weeks ago , nothing . He cal again yesterday , this time the customer service agent was very rude , she said that it is s fault . I am going to call directly to get the bottom of it . Meantime , this half finished cabinet is standing in the middle of my living room for over two weeks . Good product , bad customer service . You need alot of patience to build this!
