Please be warned that this is very heavy! My son loves the bed, however, be aware, that damage may occur during shipping. We opted to put it up anyway, as there was little chance I could manage shipping it back. The outer box was heavily damaged and one ladder was dented. Luckily, there are two ladders and we were able to position that part of the bed in the back against the wall. That being said, I really dont like paying this much for an item only for it to arrive in the shape it did. We do love it, just be aware!Struggle.
