The product is better than expected. Be aware that when the box arrives there are 2 seat cushions and 2 head cushions along with the cover in a separate bag. At 1st I was confused when opening the box and see these 2 square white cushions. When I opened the other end I found the other two head cushions and a bag with the cover. So be aware, you need to assemble yourself. The only thing Im not thrilled about is the zippers. On one hand it is convenient as you can disassemble to clean the cover, but on the other hand the openings for the 2 seat cushions, zipper is on opposite sides. So no matter if I flip and fold out there is a zipper on the bottom, scrapping against my hardwood floors and the other zipper is on the top side where the person sits/lounges out. Needless to say, my hardwood floors got scratch marks. Otherwise my husband likes the fold-out chair/lounger.
