    Damaged during shipment

    Great! I purchased two twin beds and one of them had a damaged headboard. I contacted the seller directly and they gave me two options for replacement, through them or . I chose just because of convenience. The original replacement delivery date was six weeks out due to inventory challenges. I then requested the manufacture to help if they could. They did and received the replacement unit two weeks later. Both beds are now assembled and look great. I could be happier with the product and the response from and the manufacturer.
