It was easy to assemble alone and very sturdy. However as soon as I opened the box, the toxic smell was overwhelming. I had a scratchy throat after putting it together and the smell lasted a week strongly. I decided to paint over it with ECOS Anti/formaldehyde paint, three coats and its been good. Waist sized coats fit but longer ones will drag.
