Overall very happy with the product itself. Its very cute and functional as a chair or ottoman. However, as a daybed, Ill need to add some cushion. The delivery experience was awful; the carrier attempted to deliver but was unable and we had to go pick it up and the box was huge and barely fit in the trunk of my SUV. Good but not what I expected
