We bought it as a surprise for our daughter while she was away, so when she came home her room would be re/done. BUT when we started to put it together we realized it was missing the 10 bars that hold up all the shelves. Contacted support and was told it would be close to 4/5 months before they would arrive. My husband had to make something to keep every shelf stable until then so we could still
surprise our daughter. I honestly had forgotten about them for close to 5 months until they eventually did arrive. Other then that, she loved her surprise and was super happy with it. The price is reasonable though.
