So many items that you have to assemble never go together right and often are missing parts, but this bed went together easily, everything fit just right, squared itself as it was assembled, all of the parts were there and directions were clear. We already had a mattress that would fit so my granddaughter was ready to climb up the sturdy ladder and enjoy her night. Theres a lot of room for the desk and shelves and this is the best design available, in my opinion and for our needs. Very happy with this. so beautiful and wonderful
