I was contacted by customer service and they offered a full refund and replacement. I declined the replacement and have accepted the refund. The representative I spoke with was very kind and helpful. She only asked that I provide photos for proof. did so gladly.
came in about 100 pieces. Took two people 3 hours to put it together. Multiple chips and splits in the wood. Looks dirty like its been used there is brown dust all over not like the distressing DIRT. the tracks dont come out the same and the drawer front hits. Giant gap on the cabinet doors at the top where you can see half the magnet. If we didnt have it assembled I would return it. knowing the wood is split on almost every piece and bare wood is showing everywhere. Aggravated. Pre drilled holes dont work worth a crap. Drawers dont even close. Dont waste your time or money. Im calling customer service Monday. Good but not what I expected
