As long as you have 2 people it is a quick set up, took about 3 hours. The frame pictured took the longest, then it was a smooth sail The benches held me at 125lbs, my daughter 60 lbs and son 90lbs. We ate lunch today at the table as we just moved and didnt have anywhere else to eat lol. The wood is very sturdy, no imperfections. I like this one.
