Very easy to assemble! I also impressed that each piece came in its own protective bag. I love this chair! Im going for a beach themed living room and its the perfect accent chair. Its a firm chair but not so firm that it makes it uncomfortable to sit in. Love it and highly recommend! Love the color and it was very comfortable
