It comes in one really big box / easy to get inside and to put together. No tools required. Also very easy to disassemble for moving. It is super comfortable, as comfortable as my friends West Elm more traditional couches. Big enough to nap on (78). Easy sits three. Overall very very pleased. Pretty comfy for the price
