Timely courteous delivery, excellent packaging and clear set up instructions. I live in a city row home (PC Term: Townhouse) with narrow doors. Had to unpack box outside to get it in, which was no problem. I am 79 years old and assembled sofa alone. No problem, took about one hour. Hardest part was stuffing cushions in covers. It very comfortable and is attractive addition for my living space. Highly recommended.
