The four stars here are for customer service and responsiveness of the vendor. After trying the recliner out at home, I found this chair just wasnt a good fit for my height / my lower legs and feet hung off the end with the raised footrest. But when I raised this issue with the vendor, they were extremely accommodating. They sent new packing boxes, had the chair picked up for return, and provided a full refund hassle free. Awesome piece of product
